Happy Holidays
To all our players and fans, the entire team at Saving Throw Studios wishes you the happiest of holidays and a merry Christmas!
We have a small update this month with nothing too major to report. Production of REDLINE: Battle of Neom is still on track to be completed in January. Once done, we will be shipping to the states via air freight so we can fulfill to our backers as soon as possible. As long as no hiccups happen, product should be ready for delivery in February with Battle of Neom becoming available soon after for order on our main website.
Currently we have 89% of all shipping locked in through BackerKit. You are all awesome! If you haven't locked in your shipping yet, make sure you do so you don't miss out when we begin fulfillment.
In addition, all our Kickstarter efreet miniatures are ready to go thanks to the hustle of Impact Miniatures and our order of backer exclusive Battle of Neom stickers have arrived and they are BIG!
In less exciting news, we've also begun early pre design work on our next REDLINE expansion. ;) Expect more on our upcoming 3rd expansion early next year.
We'll also just say for all the procrastinators out there, (you know who you are), though Battle of Neom is still being printed, we do have a lot of great REDLINE product available on our website that can still make some great Christmas gifts for any gamer on your shopping list.

Happy November REDLINE gamers!
We didn't send an update last month as there was wasn't much to share with our Battle of Neom expansion working through early stages of production. But that is not the case this month as there is a lot to share about REDLINE and Battle of Neom.
This means you only have two weeks left to secure your copies of REDLINE: Battle of Neom and all the exclusive rewards that come from late pledging! There are so many!
Like the exclusive Merc pack of limited print cards available only to backers and late pledges. Each Merc pack comes with special alternate art versions of neutral efreets and pilots that can go into any REDLINE deck, plus a special Kickstarter variant of the Toxotai efreet and 3 full art rubble mission cards to use with your scorched earth missions that come with Battle of Neom.

As you may know, one of our goals with REDLINE: Tactical Card Combat was to not only create a fun game that merges card game mechanics with tabletop wargaming, but also to create an engaging and exciting world for our players to explore. This is why we've worked hard to create our digital readouts and also publish short stories like, The First Mission on our website.

REDLINE Next
Besides everything above, there is a lot we are working on at the moment and behind the scenes for our players to be excited about in the coming months. One of them has been a heavy upload of Youtube shorts to our channel where we are nearly halfway to our goal of making a Youtube short for every card in the game so far. Check it out!
Unfortunatley many these projects are either in the early stages of development or finished, but we are not quite ready to share them...... Yet.
All of these are in addition to our next expansion, which we haven't started work on yet, but plan on starting pre-design at the begining of the new year. ;)

And, If you missed out on our campaign, don't worry! Late pledges are also open so you can order your copy of REDLINE: Battle of Neom without losing out on anything offered during our Kickstarter!
When locking in your order, please double check your shipping information is correct so we can make sure your order goes to the right place. We are still aiming to ship to backers in January 2023. Battle of Neom Updates
Now that late pledges are open, we're excited to be moving one step closer towards completing our Kickstarter campaign in full.
Though Battle of Neom has been completed for some time, we are getting all the files ready to begin printing and production soon. There are a few tweaks we are looking at making here and there currently which we will be sharing once completed.

Back to Work
Hello REDLINE players! Hope you are all doing extraordinarily well.
Since our campaign for REDLINE: Battle of Neom successfully funded last month we have taken a much needed mini break from the project to recharge the batteries. From the beginning of last January all the way to last month, nearly every week and weekend was consumed with work on Battle of Neom.
To say we were in need of a break was an understatement!
It was a treat to be able to take a small step away from everything but it did feel weird to have the whole weekend to yourself with no immediate and pressing game development issues at hand. I had spent so much time worrying about shipping costs or efreet armor values that I didn't know what to do with myself when away from them.
Well.... that's not entirely true..... as we have been working on a few small post Kickstarter things which we wanted to share with you in this month's update.
Old habits die hard. ;)
Production Update
As we stated during our campaign, the Battle of Neom set is already 100% completed and has been for some time. In the next month as we get back to work, we'll start designing the extra assets needed for production such as box and instructional poster design for the new decks before getting ready to start production shortly after.
Late Pledges and Pledge Manager
The Pledge Manager is coming along and should be ready to launch in a few more days. Apparently we missed the memo during Neom development that our old campaign manager, CrowdOx had merged with BackerKit.
As such, the Battle of Neom BackerKit page is not quite there yet but once it is we will be sharing to allow our backers to manage their pledges and for new supporters to join in on the fun.
Stretch Goals Update
We've also been working on our stretch goals to make sure we have them ready once we start game production. As a reminder, we unlocked the Kickstarter camo exclusive Toxotai efreet card just for backers and will be offering the exclusive full art borderless Rubble cards with every pledge.
We actually just got in our rough draft of the Kickstarter Toxotai and it's already looking awesome as you can see! The efreet is going to be shooting off some firework type rockets to celebrate our successful funding with all amazing supporters! Can't wait to see the final version of this! It's gonna be a super sweet variant you'll want to stick in your decks for sure!
And remember, this exclusive Toxotai card comes with every pledge! Woot!
Efreet Designer Contest 3 Update
And to top off this month's update we also have news on the efreet YOU all helped to create! The new community designed efreet has been created!
Quick refresher, but during every one of our previous Kickstarter campaigns, we've asked our players to help design a new efreet for the game over a series of polls. Polls that ended up creating the Migidae and the Hoplite. Both very cool designs!
If you wish you can review the polling data from the Efreet Design Contest 3 here. Suffice it to say, the community really threw a few curveballs our way with their design choices this time around. But as always, we do our best to make every efreet in REDLINE look cool and unique, and I gotta say, even though I was worried, our designer, Stephen Huda really pulled off the new efreet!

What you see before is our new neutral medium efreet. A quad leg design with a canopy style cockpit, asymmetrical arms, armored up components and an energy and cannon weapons loadout that comes with extra accuracy in combat thanks to its sharpshooter ability!
We know quads have their fans, (I am not one of them personally lol) but we are excited to introduce our first quad efreet into the game courtesy of YOU!
There is just one small problem though........
Our new efreet needs a name!
And you know what that means. We need your help with another poll!

Just as before, we are putting our trust into the fanbase to name our new design. But since every entry is a write in, the rules will be a little different this time around.
If you think you have a good name for our newest efreet we want to hear it! Simply type in your suggestion as a comment in one of our social media posts on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram to enter. Then vote on the names you like by liking or loving them. Whichever name gets the most likes/loves across all 3 platforms will be declared the winner. Contest ends Friday night, 8/12/22.
