Wanting to keep this short and simple.
A massive efreet sized THANK YOU to all you amazing people who helped support us in making REDLINE: Battle of Neom a success!
We make REDLINE for you, but know we cannot do so without you!
Now that our campaign is over we will be transitioning to production and getting all our loose odds and ends taken care of on our end.
We ended up just 1 pledge short of reaching our $12,000 stretch goal and had we ran the campaign just another hour we likely would have hit it, lol. Once we open up the pledge manager and late pledges through CrowdOx we'll hit that mark fast so don't worry, the full art rubble cards will be coming with every Neom expansion deck ordered.
We will stay operating here on our Kickstarter page as we work to fulfill Battle of Neom. However to stay connected with REDLINE as the game continues to grow we recommend following us either on our official Facebook page, Twitter account, the REDLINE subreddit or our newsletter.

As we're getting closer to the final 48 hours of our campaign we wanted to take a moment to update on some of our contests and goals for REDLINE: Battle of Neom while also putting a spotlight on some existing REDLINE story supplements for our newer players.
As always, we have a lot to share. So let's jump into it.
Contest Updates
Miniature Contest
Our free miniature coloring book contest has already been a lot of fun and only has a few days left! Don't miss your chance to win a free REDLINE miniature simply by coloring!
We've had some great entries from our fans like the amazing UNE Mule from above and there is still time to get your entry in. The contest ends July 4th and we'll be announcing the winners for the kids and adult category on July 5th, the last day of our campaign.
To enter, just download our REDLINE coloring book here and and email your finished drawings to us at [email protected]. Still plenty of time to sharpen those pencils!
Efreet Design Contest 3
In addition, don't forget to vote on and help design our new efreet for REDLINE!
We have a lot of responses already and our new efreet is starting to take shape, but there is still plenty of time to help amke the next efreet the way you want it to be!
The efreet design contest will be ending July 5th, our campaign's last day, so make sure to vote before then and help us make something awesome for the future of REDLINE.
REDLINE Story Supplements
We've had a lot of new players get introduced to REDLINE during the last few months and with that wanted to share some more of the world we've tried to create behind the game. We always thought it was important from the beginning of the game' to build a world for our player's battles to take place in.
As such we do have some "essential" REDLINE reading supplements that are worth looking at to get a better understanding of the factions, characters and technology featured in the game.
REDLINE Timeline
To see how we came all the way from the SpaceX rockets of the present day to the powerful efreets and advanced technologies of the Solar War, you need to read the REDLINE timeline.
Starting in 2026, the timeline details important events in the exploration of space amid the increasing tensions between the major factions within REDLINE as the result of the tremendous technological advances it creates. REDLINE takes place in the early 2060s and as you'll see, a lot can happen in 40 years!
The First Mission
While on her first deployment, rookie UNE pilot, Michelle “Buckeye” Barkley' is put to the test as she is ambushed by a Crimson Pact efreet intent on leaving no survivors.
The First Mission gives an exciting glimpse into what efreet combat in the REDLINE universe looks like as daring pilots push their powerful war machines to the limit.
REDLINE: Digital Readout 2060
Featuring detailed design and development history on all 23 efreets featured in the REDLINE Core Set and REDLINE Siege, the 2060 Digital Readout is a must read for all REDLINE players.
REDLINE: Digital Readout Neom
When the Battle of Neom begins, both the CPM and UNE deploy new efreets in the fight for the super city. The Battle of Neom Digital Readout highlights all 12 of the new efreets featured in our newest expansion along with full color illustrations of each.
Final Days
As we draw closer to the final 2 days of our successful campaign, we still have a lot of work ahead of us.
We're nibbling at our $10,000 dollar stretch goal to unlock a Kickstarter camo exclusive Toxotai card just for our backers and just need the greenlight from our backers to get that art commissioned. It's gonna look awesome! And very green!

This is it!
After 3 weeks our Kickstarter for REDLINE: Battle of Neom is coming to an end!
TODAY is your last chance to support our campaign and help us fund our biggest and best REDLINE expansion yet!
Make a deep card game that merged the strategy of the tabletop games I grew up loving with the deck customization and fast gameplay of the card games I love today. REDLINE successfully fuses both into a unique experience greater than the sum of its inspirations.
Being able to support this game with new expansions and new cards like in Battle of Neom has been a dream come true and has been so much fun to create.
If you're reading this email still, I hope the passion behind REDLINE and of the community we've built shines through. And I hope everything we've made together is enough to earn your support and your pledge as the only way REDLINE can continue to grow is alongside our player base.
Because while we do this all for you, our players, we simply cannot do it without you.

Battle of Neom Week 2. Who likes contests?

One week in and just two more left in our campaign to fund Battle of Neom as much as we can.
To celebrate our successful funding and second week of being live, we have some exciting contests we'd love you all to participate in and of course, share with others!
The middle of most Kickstarter campaigns can be a quiet time, but don't worry, we have plenty in store to have some fun together before the final sprint next week. Maybe even some prizes......
But first some housekeeping.
Battle of Neom Design Diary Part 1
We have a new article up on our main website with a peek behind the curtain at some of the design stories behind a few of the cards and mechanics featured in Battle of Neom. It's definitely worth a read to see some of the challenges we faced when crafting the set. And to gain some insight into how we crafted the way Neom plays. Also, you'll learn more about menacing looking guy above.
Just what is the deal with Zusko anyways?
$10,000 Stretch Goal
Though we did get pretty close to reaching our 24 hour funding goal of adding a custom Kickstarter livery Toxotai card with every order, we thought it was too good of an idea to pass up. So we have moved that goal from funding in 24 hours to reaching $10,000 in pledges. I know I would love a blinged out Toxotai in my entrenchment counters matters deck so there might be a little bit of selfishness in play here as well. ;)
As of this update, we are super close to that mark. So let's try to hit it so we can move on to the next one and those sweet borderless rubble cards!
Efreet Design Contest 3
It's back!
The team at Saving Throw Studios needs YOUR help to design a new efreet for REDLINE!
In our past campaigns we asked the community for help to design brand new efreets for the game. And they responded with two awesome designs that ended up becoming the Migidae and the Hoplite.
You can help right us again and right now by voting in our new efreet design survey. Choose all the design options you want to see in our next efreet to make it the way you want. And as you will notice, we've expanded some of the options to foreshadow where REDLINE is going in the future.
We'll run the contest into next week and when it is completed, we will reveal the new efreet design the community created and run one last poll to name it.
Once, you've completed the survey, be sure to SHARE IT!
We love incorporating our players and community in REDLINE as the game grows, so the more that participate the merrier! The survery is open to everyone. So as always, link, post, tweet, share and like the Efreet Design Contest 3.

REDLINE Coloring Book And FREE Miniature Contest
Break out the coloring pencils! The official REDLINE Coloring Book has arrived! Free!
Inside you will find detailed drawings of each efreet in our new expansion for Battle of Neom. All you need to do to design your very own efreet (efreet designer pledge withstanding) is download the pdf file and print it out then let your imagination run wild to color and camo your own efreet anyway you like!
Check out my daughter's and I pages. Can you guess which one is which? (Glow snail Shibing for the win I'd say! Complete with antenna!)
To increase the fun we are also running a contest alongside the coloring book to give everyone a chance to win a FREE REDLINEminiature! We'll be giving away 2 minis! For free! All you have to do is color!
The rules are simple.
1. Download the REDLINE Coloring Book and print it out.
4. We will have two winners. One in the kids category and one for adults and will be giving away any REDLINEminiature from our online store or our Battle of Neom campaign. You choose!
5. Then on July 4th as we near the end of our campaign, we'll announce our two favorites! My daughter as judge, no bias.
As always, this contest is open to EVERYONE so share the Coloring Book! Share the contest! And share your final drawings because we want to see your beautiful efreets!
As far as legal fine print. Saving Throw Studios will pay for the cost of shipping for winners in the US. For international winners, they can have the reward sent with their Battle of Neom pledge, or pay shipping to have the mini delivered right awayif they choose. Winning entries must be colored by hand, though we'd still love to see any digital If you are 16 or older, we are counting you as an adult. ;)
It's summer and it's hot outside so what better way to enjoy the day than to stay inside and sharpen some coloring pencils to color your own efreet! Spend some time together with the kids made even better when you have a chance to win some miniatures while you color.

Our first week was a huge success and we hope in the second we can position ourselves well for the third and final week. If you've pledged to support us already, thank you. If you haven't yet we hope you do! And of course, keep sharing everything!

WE. DID. IT!
HUGE efreet sized thank you to everybody who helped push our campaign across the finish line! Yesterday was simply tremendous. We ended up just about $1,000 short of funding day 1 (super close!)and even hit the #1 spot on the Kicktraq hot list for a time. And that ranking wasn't because of the money we raised, but all of you clicking like crazy all over social media. (We saw you!)
Funding in 48 hours feels pretty good and you all should take pride in that accomplishment. This is your win as you made it happen!
Celebrate!
Stretch Goals
Funding so quickly means we still have nearly 3 weeks of a campaign left and we don't plan on wasting it. With our first objective met, it's time to break out onto onto our second goal. Special full art rubble card overlays for when your new scorched earth Neom missions flip over when destroyed from damage!
At $12,000 we'll unlock these special promo cards for all backers. And as each Neom expansion deck comes with 3 mission cards, unlocking this goal will add 3 rubble cards to each deck ordered. These will only be available for Neom backers and then never again. They look super clean!
We do have other stretch goals planned if we get that far and we hope we do! The next one in the que is something we've wanted to do for awhile now!
So keep helping us and retweet our our official campaign post so we can get it past 100 retweets and more eyeballs on this update! We're currently at 17! but we still have a lot of campaign left!
Community Efreet Contest 3
With the time we have left, we'll also be running a new round of the community efreet design contest during the rest of our campaign! Woot!
In our past two Kickstarters we ran a series of polls where our players got to vote and design a new efreet for the game by online committee. The end results were the Migidae and the Hoplite which both turned out awesome!
We'll be changing how we run these polls from the past to try and make it easier for everybody to participate so stay tuned. It's a lot of fun and the choices our players have made has been surprising.
What no big bruising heavy? What gives?
The new efreet design contest will start soon so get those new efreet ideas ready. It's a blast and we're super excitied to see what our players design this time! ......Or you could just back us with the efreet designer pledge and make one all by yourself! ;)

In addition we also a brand new type of REDLINE contest we'll be running throughout the campaign that I am personally excited for. We'll be sharing it soon as well so don't go anywhere. It'll be fun for the whole family!
As I wrap up I do want to share that the entire team at Saving Throw Studios is extremely humbled by your faith and generosity in supporting REDLINE. We make a lot of sacrifices in our personal lives to put the game together and its not always easy. In addition life steps in, as it tends to do, and take things away from us that you can never plan or be ready for.
